David Klose

David has over 20 years of experience in providing legal advice to Swedish and international companies, mainly regarding contracts, investments and intellectual property issues. He also has extensive experience advising start-ups and entrepreneurs building the companies of the future. David assists clients operating in a variety of industries, including food and health, energy, pharmaceuticals and IT. His work also includes representing clients in commercial disputes in arbitration and in court.
In addition, David is the AI and Innovation Manager at Moll Wendén. In this role, he elevates the human perspective in the use of technology and drives the firm’s work on integrating AI to support lawyers and clients, always with legal certainty and privacy in focus.
