Moll Wendén is the legal partner of Mashup – one of the Nordic region’s most exclusive meeting places for startups and investors

Mashup is a meeting place for 300 of the Nordic region’s and Europe’s most ambitious startups and prominent investors. The conference aims to build relationships between participants through spontaneous meetings and personal conversations, and takes place in the creative and collaborative city of Malmö. With activities such as panel discussions, mingling and pitch sessions, the event focuses on collaboration and community.

Mashup is a conference designed for ambitious startups (from pre-seed to Series A) and prominent investors and VC firms in Europe as a target audience. By offering several opportunities for spontaneous and personalised meetings during the conference, the aim is to create a close community between startups and investors.

– Creating meeting places where companies and investors can come together is crucial for driving growth and therefore we are very pleased to be able to participate as a legal partner, said David Klose, lawyer and partner at Moll Wendén. Malmö is located in a region characterised by collaboration and creativity, which makes it the perfect place for an event like Mashup.

During the conference, participants will take part in panel discussions, joint dinners, mingling, pitches and roundtable discussions, among other things.

The focus of the conference is to give founders and investors a unique access to each other and promote fundraising in startups. The conference is open to invitees only; startups and investors wishing to attend apply via the Mashups website.

– We have created the event that we ourselves want to attend, said Per Ögren, co-founder of Mashup. After attending some of the top tech events in Europe, we realised that there was a lack of a meet-up that focused on quality and access to the right people in the ecosystem. That’s why we’re building Mashup and Malmö is perfectly placed to host participants from all over the Nordics, Germany and the UK.
