Occtoo AB raises about SEK 46 million from Newion, 42CAP and Stiftelsen Industrifonden in their latest investment round. The investment will be used for product development, the company’s Experience Data Platform, investments and development of the global team and investments in the company’s partner network. Moll Wendén was Occtoo’s legal advisor.
Occtoo assists companies in creating uniform, relevant digital experiences and applications for the company’s customers, which consist of retailers and brands such as Cartier, Fjällräven and Nordic Nest. Occtoo’s cloud-based SaaS platform makes it easy to access and unify business data from backend systems such as CRM, ERP, PIM and combine it with behavioural and contextual data from digital destinations to create relevant digital experiences that can be used across all channels through scalable real-time APIs.
