byNordic Acquisition Corporation was listed on the American Nasdaq New York on 9 February 2022 and closed its initial public offering on 11 February 2022 resulting in gross proceeds of USD 150,000,000.

The initiators behind byNordic are a Swedish team of businessmen and entrepreneurs with experience from various industries. Moll Wendén has advised byNordic’s team in connection with the IPO.
