Orbital Systems enters loan agreement with the European Investment Bank

Orbital Systems, which has developed an innovative shower technology, enters into a loan agreement with the European Investment Bank. Through the agreement, Orbital Systems can borrow up to 15 million euros, provided that the corresponding amount is also taken into equity.

The money will be used for production development as part of the company’s continued expansion. The development loan included in the so-called Juncker Plan is part of the EU’s initiative offered to companies active in fighting climate change. The EIB has approximately 600 million euros per year to lend to companies that work with climate issues.

David Klose and Henric Stråth at Moll Wendén have represented Orbital Systems in connection with the loan agreement.
