debricked AB has been acquired by multinational Micro Focus, one of the world’s largest enterprise software providers. Moll Wendén was the sellers’ legal advisor in the transaction.

debricked AB develops tools to manage vulnerabilities in software, primarily within open source security. With the transaction, the company is enabled to accelerate their journey toward the vision of making it easier for companies to use open source securely. Additionally, debricked will be able to present a full scale, robust security offering to their customers.
