Thomas Ogard

Thomas Ogard is a partner and leads Moll Wendén’s dispute resolution group. He specializes in commercial dispute resolution in both arbitration and general courts, with particular experience in attacks on trade secrets and infringements of intellectual property rights.
Thomas Ogard is also part of the firm’s Employment and Staffing group. Thomas has extensive experience in labour law disputes and arbitration, including issues related to dismissals, terminations, and discrimination. He has developed a deep understanding of the complex legal issues that can arise in labour law. Thomas is known for his ability to navigate through complicated legal landscapes and find practical solutions that benefit Moll Wendén’s clients.
Thomas is frequently engaged by both public and private employers to lead investigations. He has led several high-profile investigations that have required careful analysis and discretion. Additionally, he is regularly hired as a lecturer, including for the South Swedish Chamber of Commerce, where he shares his expertise in commercial dispute resolution and labour law. His lectures are appreciated for their clarity and practical application, making complex legal issues more accessible to a broader audience.
