Zara Hellmark
Specialist Counsel
Zara has over ten years of experience in construction and consulting law and assists clients, contractors, and consultants with legal advice at all stages of their projects. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating agreements and reviewing tender documents in the early stages of the project, but also spends a large part of her working time answering and dealing with legal issues that arise during the project, often focusing on the standard agreements AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09 and ABM 07. Zara also handles claims and disputes and acts as a representative both in and out of court.
