Fastighets AB Briggen has sold three properties for industrial and office use in the area Elisedal in southern Malmö, as part of the company’s portfolio movement. The total area is approximately 5,250 square meters and the sales price amounted to MSEK 27.

The buyer was VARIANT Fastighets AB, a private and local real estate company that focuses on industrial, warehouse and office properties in Malmö and Lund.

The property deal was made in form of corporate transactions and the transfer took place on 1 June 2016. Stefan Wendén and Zara Hellmark from Moll Wendén assisted Briggen in the transaction.
