Moll Wendén has been a legal advisor to S:t Eriks AB in the sale of two industrial properties in Västra Götaland with a combined area of approx. 31,500 square meters. The properties have been sold through a company transaction with the sale of all shares in a wholly owned subsidiary. The buyer gained access to the shares on September 10, 2021. The purchase price is not official.
