We represent clients in connection with major business events such as acquisition or divestment of commercial real estate, and provide real estate law expertise in all stages of a real estate transaction. For some of our clients, this takes place on a day-to-day basis, for others it is less frequent. 

In a real estate transaction, we support the client in negotiations with the other party, planning the transaction structure and assisting with the client’s strategic considerations. We also develop transaction structures for the sale of real estate in a company form. Our experience and expertise have resulted in a number of successful acquisitions and sales of commercial properties in which we have been involved from the start.

Property management and operation

We work with clients with existing property portfolios on a day-to-day and recurring basis with issues related to operation and management. We assist our clients with matters including, among others, interpretation and application of lease agreements and right of use agreements, provide representation in lease disputes and draft commercial leases.

We are accustomed to dealing with all questions related to commercial tenancy law that arise on a day-to-day basis for property management companies and operators. This means that we can quickly help our clients find solutions to common management problems for commercial rental properties. 

Advice to property owners

Our real estate group assists and provides advice to private and public real estate companies, agricultural and forest owners, real estate developers, industrial companies, and financial owners as well as public sector actors and public sector property management companies.
