The municipal company Hässleholm Industibyggnads AB together with the subsidiary Hässleholm Norra Station AB have concluded an agreement with the training enterprise P&L Nordic AB regarding the rental of offices premises in a new production house, named M6, at Norra Station next to Resecentrum in Hässleholm.

The start of production of house M6, that includes 1,800 m2 commercial offices and premises for education and training, is scheduled to autumn 2016. P&L has, through an option clause in the agreement, been granted the possibility to acquire the real estate including house M6 throughout the rental period. In total, the municipal companies plan to invest SEK 40 million.
