The Norwegian company Nordic Racking Group AS has been acquired by Brännehylte Lagersystem AB. Moll Wendén acted as legal advisor to the buyer in the transaction.

Nordic Racking Group AS was established over thirty years ago and provides warehouse equipment and warehouse security for its customers, as well as consultations relating thereto, throughout Norway. Through the acquisition, Brännehylte Lagersystem further strengthens its position as a leading supplier of warehouse equipment and related services.
