Moll Wendén has acted as legal advisor to Scanbygg Eslöv AB (“Scanbygg“) in the acquisition of part of the property Eslöv Stenbocken 14 and drawing up contractual documents to enable development of the properties Eslöv Stenbocken 14 and Eslöv Stenbocken 15. Through development of the properties, commercial premises can be converted into residential quarters Eslövs Terrasser with 112 new condominiums in central Eslöv.
