Moll Wendén advises OptiCept Technologies AB in a directed new share issue amounting to approximately SEK 83 million

OptiCept Technologies AB (”OptiCept”) has carried out a directed new share issue, thereby raising proceeds amounting to approximately SEK 83 million before deduction of costs related to the directed new share issue. Moll Wendén acted as legal adviser and Erik Penser Bank AB acted as financial adviser to OptiCept in connection with the directed new share issue.

The subscription price has been determined to SEK 55.50 per share through an accelerated book building procedure. The subscription price per share represents a discount of approximately seven (7) per cent compared to the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the company’s share on Nasdaq First North Growth Market for the period of the last ten trading days up to and including 27 September 2021. Several institutional and private investors participated in the directed new share issue.
