Johan Håkansson

Johan specializes in construction and consulting law. He has over 15 years of experience in representing and providing legal advice to smaller local construction companies as well as larger construction and consulting companies and public clients. Johan has extensive experience in providing advice at all stages of projects, from feasibility study and procurement, during implementation, to completion and aftermarket. Johan provides advice on both private and public construction projects.
Johan also has extensive experience of acting as legal counsel in business disputes in construction and consulting law in both general court and arbitration proceedings as well as in review processes in administrative courts. He is often hired to hold seminars and training programs focusing on the standard agreements AB 04, ABT 06, and ABK 09.
