Moll Wendén has acted as legal advisor to Inagården Förvaltning AB on the acquisition of the majority of the shares in NH Group AB. NH Group owns Våra Hem i Stockholm AB which operates within the care and social services sector, specialising in special housing (sw. SÄBO).
