Telesteps AB has been acquired by Hultafors Group AB, a fully owned subsidiary of Investment AB Latour. Moll Wendén was the seller’s legal advisor in the transaction.

Telesteps AB is a leading manufacturer of telescopic ladders for professional end users. The company is located in Tranås, Sweden, with distribution on a global basis. Net sales amounts to about SEK 87 m in 2021. The sale was mediated by Lars Weibull AB, who was the seller’s advisor in the process.
