The buyer was Investment AB Latour via the subsidiary AB Sigfrid Stenberg, which is the parent company in the Machine Trade business area. The deal was brokered by Lars Weibull AB. Skandinaviska Chuckfabriken has a turnover of SEK 53 million with good profitability and is Scandinavia’s only manufacturer of chucks.

The products, which consist of chucks, back discs, clamping jaws, and special jaws, are mainly sold on the Swedish market. The company’s customers are machine manufacturers, machine dealers, and end users of metalworking machines.
