Moll Wendén has advised the sellers. The deal was brokered by Lars Weibull AB. RMV is a contract manufacturer of machines and equipment for leading companies in the food industry and manufactures self-developed irrigation systems for agriculture.

Today, RMV’s customers are mainly in Sweden, but the company also sells to a number of customers around the world. RMV today has a turnover of approximately SEK 50 million. The previous owners will continue in business.
