Nybro Läkarcentrum, with the Astrakanen medical centres in Emmaboda and Nybro, has been acquired by Achima Care. Moll Wendén acted as the sellers’ legal advisor in the transaction.

With the acquisition, Achima Care will expand into the Kalmar region. The business will continue to be conducted on the same premises in both Emmaboda and Nybro.

Moll Wendén’s team has mainly consisted of Mikael Karlsson (responsible partner), Alexandra Johansson and Josefine Ljungberg Palm.
