The environmental technology company Nederman has on 16 November 2021 signed and completed a deal to acquire 100% of the shares in English company Energy Save Systems Ltd. Energy Save Systems develops and sells unique software and hardware for monitoring and control of filter systems, that among other things reduce energy consumption, decrease environmental impact and improve filtration performance.
Moll Wendén has represented Nederman in relation to the transaction supported by Clarke Willmott LLP in Bristol. Mikael Karlsson has been responsible partner on behalf of Moll Wendén. Simon Smith has been responsible partner on behalf of Clarke Willmott LLP.
