MST Syd AB has been acquired by Räng Holding AB. Moll Wendén and Lars Weibull AB have been the sellers´ advisors in the transaction.

MST Syd AB is a company that works with environmental technology, consulting and contracting activities with focus on polluted land. The company specializes in, among other things, soil remediation, groundwater purification and remediation of lakes after oil spills.

The sellers Hans Persson and Tony Olin will remain in the company together with Leif Olsson as the new CEO and owner.
