Moll Wendén has advised Zenergy AB in connection with a rights issue of class B shares raising approximately SEK 32.5 million.
Zenergy is a Swedish company founded in 2009 that develops, manufactures and sells fireproof, energy- and environment-saving modules and building materials for flexible solutions. Zenergy bases its modular concept on a proprietary and patented technology: Zenergy ZIP-Element. Zenergy is listed on Spotlight Stock Market.
Zenergy has carried out a rights issue of class B shares, whereby Zenergy will receive proceeds of approximately SEK 32.5 million before issue costs. The proceeds from the rights issue will be used to finance the initial stages of the project in Värnamo, strengthen the working capital and ongoing production, as well as structure and organization linked to the project portfolio.
