Moll Wendén has acted as legal advisor to the environmental technology company Nederman Holding AB in connection with its recent acquisition of Aagaard A/S. Through the acquisition, Nederman strengthens its Extraction & Filtration Technology division and in particular its European buisness in the wood segment.

Aagaard was founded in 1965 and is active within development, production, marketing and mounting of complete turnkey systems for the wood working and furniture globally, with the major focus on the European market. The company, with its headquarters in Denmark, has a strong market position and had a turnover of approximately DK 53 million in 2022 – a turnover that is expected to increase in 2023. The company will continue to operate under the Aagaard brand.
