EnRival AB has been acquired by Storskogen. Moll Wendén was the seller’s legal advisor in the transaction.

EnRival’s operations include the provision of labor market services, readjustment and recruitment, as well as the Swedish Public Employment Service’s concept Prepare and Match. Today, the company has sales of approximately SEK 145 million and approximately 190 employees spread over 130 local offices in Sweden. The sale was mediated by Lars Weibull AB, who was the seller’s advisor in the process.
