Croda acquires Research Enterprise Enza Biotech – Moll Wendén has advised the sellers

Enza Biotech AB, a research enterprise established as a spin-out company from Lund University, has been acquired by Croda International PLC (’Croda’). Moll Wendén has advised the sellers in the acquisition.

Enza Biotech was founded in 2012 by researchers at Lund University with the aim to develop the next generation of renewable surfactants using carbohydrate-based chemistry. Croda makes, creates and sells innovative and sustainable speciality chemicals.

Moll Wendén has advised the sellers, Enza Biotech, in the acquisition. Moll Wendén lead the team consisting of Henric Stråth, among others.
