Castellum has sold the commercial property Smörkärnan 1, Öresundsvägen, in Lund. The buyer was Ikano Bostad and the sales price amounted to MSEK 107.

The total area is approximately 7 800 square meters with Tetra Pak as the principal tenant. The property deal was made in form of a corporate transaction and the transfer took place on 1 November 2016. Ikano Bostad plans to rebuild the property to approximately 350 apartments.
