AGB El AB has on 2 January 2017 acquired all the shares in Elicom AB from Elicom Holding AB.

Elicom AB was founded in 1988 and has through the years become one of Sweden’s leading producer of low voltage switchgear, distribution boards, panelboards and components cabinet.

Today, Elicom produces its goods together with its selected suppliers in the field of medium voltage, power transformers and battery cabinets The sale was brokered by Lars Weibull AB.
