Moll Wendén has acted as legal advisor to the sellers in the acquisition of Westerlins Maskinfabrik Aktiebolag by PrimoTech Group. Westerlins is a manufacturer of machines and equipment for paint production. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 50 million.
