This year’s Medeon scholarship is awarded to Helena Elding Larsson at LUDC

The Medeon scholarship 2022 goes to Helena Elding Larsson, chief physician and research group manager at Lund University Diabetes Centre (LUDC). The prize of SEK 50,000 is awarded annually in a collaboration between Medeon and Moll Wendén and goes to a promising researcher at the Clinical Research Centre. The prize will be awarded on November 12 during World Diabetes Day Skåne 2022.

During World Diabetes Day, there is an opportunity to take part in the latest in diabetes research and the purpose is to put the focus on the millions of people living with diabetes. The day is especially made for people with diabetes, relatives and patient organizations, but also everyone who is interested in new knowledge and research in diabetes is welcome to participate.
