Moll Wendén has acted as legal advisor to the sellers in the acquisition of RL Gruppen AB by Deltra. RL Gruppen is a well-established, full-service supplier of labels, packing materials, packaging and office consumables, with an efficient warehousing and logistics operation and fast deliveries to customers across the Nordic region. The acquisition also includes the subsidiary Iwaco AB, which specialises in industrial permanent marking.
