Moll Wendén has acted as legal advisor to Veidekke in connection with its acquisition of JMF Fältgeoteknik AB. Through the acquisition, Veidekke strengthens its operations within geotechnics and geoinstallations.

JMF Fältgeoteknik AB was founded in 2018, however, the founder has conducted business within geotechnical subsurface since 2005. The targets of the company are to deliver geotechnical investigations and installments of high quality. JMF Fältgeoteknik AB has great experience in all types of geotechnical subsurface investigations and methods. Mainly, the company conducts work for incorporations, consulting companies and municipalities with both large scale constructions and smaller assignments. The business is focused primarily on western Sweden with Gothenburg as its base.
