Moll Wendén has acted as legal advisor to the sellers in connection with the change in the majority ownership of Pinerock Group AB. Pinerock Group AB, ”Pinerock”, (with business units Metrolit Byggnads, Metrolit Service, HRB Gruppen, LJ Byggteam and Bygg R1) is a corporate group with focus on renovations, conversions and extensions as well as construction service. The group has approx. 350 employees and an annual turnover of approx. SEK two billion (2023). EMK Capital is investor and becomes new majority owner in Pinerock and will together with Bragnum Invest, management and key individuals continue the development of the business. The sale and purchase agreement was signed in July and closing took place on 26 September 2024.
