Moll Wendén has assisted Nederman in its acquisition of a Norwegian company, NEO Monitors AS. The acquisition price amounts to approximately NOK 402 million. NEO Monitors is a leading provider of innovative laser-based dust and gas analysers for industrial use. The company is based in Oslo, Norway and has approximately 40 employees and had a turnover of NOK 108 million in 2016.

Moll Wendén’s team consisted primarily of Mikael Karlsson (partner) and Henric Stråth.
