Mintra Holding AS, a Norwegian leading company in digital learning and Human Capital Management solutions, has entered into an agreement to acquire the shares in Seably AB. Moll Wendén was the sellers’ legal representative in the transaction.
Seably AB is the globally leading online education platform in the maritime industry. The company was founded together with Swedish Shipping in 2017 based on a strong demand from the maritime sector for a better way to carry out mandatory training. Since the acquisition last year, the award-winning health and technology company WellAtIt ApS has also been part of Seably.
Mintra’s acquisition of Seably highlights Mintra’s accelerating growth in the global maritime sector and reinforces Mintra’s position as a maritime supplier of choice. Through the acquisition, Mintra’s existing industry-leading Human Capital Management solutions and digital learning will be taken to the next level.
For more information about the transaction, see Mintra’s press release here.
Moll Wendén’s team has mainly consisted of Mikael Karlsson and Henric Stråth (responsible partners) and associates Alexandra Johansson, Alexander Blom Vigsø and Josefine Ljungberg Palm.
