Beijer Alma’s subsidiary Beijer Tech has acquired Encitech Connectors AB. Moll Wendén and Lars Weibull AB have been the sellers´ advisors in the transaction.

Encitech Connectors AB is a Swedish manufacturer and distributor of electronics components for the industry and has a turnover of approximately SEK 50 million and is exported to about twenty different countries.

Beijer Tech AB is a Nordic industrial trading group and is one of three divisions of listed company Beijer Alma AB, which acquires companies with a long-term ownership perspective.

“I am pleased that we acquired this profitable and well-managed company with good growth opportunities. We look forward to further developing the company together with the previous owners.” Beijer Tech’s CEO Staffan Andersson says in a comment.
