AMO Toys has acquired all assets from the toys distributor TecTeam. Moll Wendén was the seller’s legal advisor in the transaction.

TecTeam Scandinavia AB is a distributor of toys, such as construction toys, drones and they offer a large assortment of high-quality radio-controlled cars, boats and helicopters from world famous brands. With brands like NIKKO, Syma, RASTAR and NINCO TecTeam is having a strong position in the Nordic Toy Market when it comes to radio controlled toys. All operations and employees from TecTeam have been integrated in AMO Toys. The acquisition will strengthen AMO Toys’ portfolio through TecTeam’s know-how and product portfolio which complements AMO Toys’ current product range.
