Partnerships in Legal Tech

Moll Wendén has several legal tech partnerships where our lawyers are fully integrated into the technology platforms developed by our partners. In many of these collaborations, Moll Wendén has actively contributed to the product development and continues to improve it in close co-operation with our partners.

Our advice is in many cases the heart of the product, but the technology platform itself provides users with efficient, scalable and highly structured advice and process support.

PALM  – a litigation platform

PALM is a litigation management platform developed and hosted by One sky Solutions, suitable for the handling of mass litigation scenarios. PALM manages workflows and monitors statuses of cases in real time. PALM increases traceability and facilities analysis of financial data and legal statistics. Moll Wendén manages the claims for litigation and court settlements in Sweden.

Trumpet – Whistleblowing platform

Trumpet is a digital, web-based whistleblowing platform. Trumpet is designed and developed with a strong focus on security, and to support the entire chain from receipt to screening after the end of the process. Trumpet has been designed with flexibility in mind, allowing it to be customised for both smaller companies and large multinational groups. Moll Wendén receives incoming cases, makes a legal assessment, communicates with whistleblower recipients within the organisation and with the whistleblower. All within the framework of the platform, which guarantees a secure handling of personal data and sensitive trade secrets.
