The founders of Addnature has trough their company CaMa Intressenter AB on 13 January 2017 acquired all the shares in CaMa Gruppen AB from CaMa Holding AB.

CaMa Gruppen is a steadily growing e-commerce company selling carpets and hats to European consumers. The products are sold through the established online stores Trendcarpet and Hatshop. The sales today cover ten European countries and the company’s online sales are adjusted to the language and payment solutions specific to each individual company. The company was founded in the autumn of 2008 in Gothenburg by Magnus Skoglund and is based in Mölndal.

Since it was founded, CaMa Gruppen has had a yearly growth of around 40 % and has maintained its profitability. The company’s turnover will exceed SEK 20,000,000 this year. The founder of CaMa Gruppen, Magnus Skoglund, has reinvested in the buyer CaMa Intressenter AB which is now owned jointly by Magnus Skoglund, David Rönnberg, René Köhler, Klas Berggren, Mathias Hedström and Martin Larsson. The sale was brokered by Lars Weibull AB.
