Medeon has started Medeon Labs with fully equipped laboratories and offices for, among others, pharmaceutical development and cell handling. The diabetes pharmaceutical company Abarceo is the first tenant to move in, which will take place in June.
Moll Wendén has assisted Medeon in the development of a usufruct agreement for the rental of laboratories and offices. The agreement is based on a flexible leasing model, which enables Medeon to provide laboratory capacity with varying areas and rental periods. Especially among start-up companies with limited resources, there is a great need for this type of service.
Medeon offers one of the Öresund region’s best growth environments for entrepreneurship in life science and health, thereby contributing to growth in business, start-ups and increased employment. Medeon Labs is therefore in line with Medeon’s assignment.
Moll Wendén’s team consisted of Stefan Wendén and Andrea Gicic.
