Moll Wendén visited Höganäs Verkstads AB’s head office and workshop in Höganäs last week. The purpose was twofold: to give Moll Wendén an insight into the workshop operations and to provide Höganäs Verkstads AB’s participants with an in-depth understanding of contract-related issues.

Höganäs Verkstads AB operates in the steel workshop industry and is part of the NPO Industrier group. Last week, Christer Nylander and Lowe Lossing from Moll Wendén paid a visit to the company’s head office and workshop in Höganäs to give a lecture on general contract law and tenancy law. It was a rewarding experience for both the team and the participants, where we had the opportunity to link general contract law to Höganäs Verkstads AB’s general and specific commercial activities. 

The lecture was conducted as part of our project to contribute with legal awareness within the Scanian business community. At Moll Wendén, we look forward to continued cooperation and more opportunities to share our legal knowledge and expertise.
