Moll Wendén has advised Top Marketing Group TMG AB in its acquisition of all shares in TeQflo AB. The purchase price was paid through issued shares in Top Marketing Group TMG AB.

TeQflo AB offers services within tech, IT, marketing, sales as well as management and digitalization.
