Österlen Assistans AB has been acquired by NOA Personlig Assistans AB. Moll Wendén was the seller’s legal advisor in the transaction.

Österlen Assistans AB has grown at a steady pace over the past 20 years and now has a turnover of just over SEK 30 million, employing approximately 90 people. The sale was mediated by Lars Weibull AB who was the seller’s advisor in the process.

Moll Wendén’s team has consisted of lawyer Henric Stråth and associate Andrea Gicic.
