Moll Wendén has been the legal advisor to MKB Fastighets AB in its acquisition of Mansonite Invest AB with the subsidiary Skånska Strand AB.

The acquisition included the associated properties Malmö Spiran 1 and Malmö Spiran 2, which are located at Krossverksgatan 3, Limhamn. The properties have been acquired through a company transaction for an underlying property value of SEK 110 million. Occupation took place on September 6, 2019. The seller was the Cypriot company Xenano Holdings Ltd.

Through the acquisition, MKB Fastighets AB is given a prerequisite to maintain a continued high rate of new production. The intention is to build, on the acquired properties, a further 90 new apartments and 50 residential homes. The leasehold estates are expected to be ready for occupancy in 2023.
