Moll Wendén has acted as legal advisor to Lindab in its acquisition of Profilplåt i Sverige AB. The acquisition will strengthen Lindab’s market position in northern Sweden.

Profilplåt i Sverige AB, which mainly manufactures and sells sheet metal roofs and walls, complements Lindab’s current production with high-quality products in the same area. With the acquisition, Lindab gets access to expertise and expanded customer contacts in northern Sweden. Furthermore, the company’s location in Sundsvall provides Lindab with improved transport possibilities to northern Sweden.

Profilplåt i Sverige AB is based in Sundsvall and has 13 employees. The company was founded in 1968 and has annual sales of approximately SEK 70 million. The company will be part of Lindab’s business area Profile Systems.
