Kristianstads Lyftdon AB has been acquired by Granitor Systems AB, one of Northern Europe’s leading suppliers of heavy duty cranes to the industry. Moll Wendén was the seller’s legal advisor in the transaction.

Kristianstads Lyftdon AB is a well-reputed supplier in the crane industry. The company was founded in 1978 and is based in Kristianstad, Sweden. Through the acquisition of KLAB, Granitor Systems significantly strengthens its delivery capability and market position for the crane business.
