Eon Sweden has after procurement signed an agreement with Castellum to build their new nordic headquarters for about 1500 employees near the central station in Malmö.

The plans for the new building incorporates 24 500 square meters of rentable area. The work with the detailed development plan and building permits are about to start immediately. The estimated time for conduct is 24 months and the move in will proceed in summer 2021.

The 12 year long rental agreement between Castellum and Eon starts after the move in and will generate a yearly revenue of 68,5 million sek. The new giant office was designed by Kanozi architects and will be characterized by extraordinary sustainable and environmental thought. The investment is calculated to 1,1 billion sek.
