Ebba has worked as an adviser to employers relative to labor law and Industrial Relations relations for more than 25 years. The work spans the entire labor law spectrum. Above all, she supports the clients from idea to implementation of major restructurings and in designing efficient staffing solutions. For several years, Ebba was responsible for and managed collective agreement negotiations and labor law issues in several European jurisdictions, which has given her valuable experience and networks on the international arena. This means that she is often hired to be part of international expansions of Swedish companies.
Corporate Crime Investigation and whistle-blowing have been the focus of Ebba’s work in recent years. She leads Moll Wendén´s investigations and collaborates closely with the expertise of Whitepaper Advisors. Companies and organizations, private as well as public, can thus be offered a 360-degree solution when they are exposed to crime. Ebba regards active work with case management linked to whistleblowing as an excellent way to effectively transform the businesses to become better organizations and to detect crime.
Moll Wendén´s employment law team, led by Ebba, conducts a large number of investigations on an ongoing basis, regarding the occurrence of harassment and sexual harassment as well as work environment investigations.
